摘要
目的 运用Meta 分析方法评价中国人群中血清胸腺激酶1( TK1) 与乳腺疾病的相关性。
方法 通过计算机检索中国知网( CNKI) 、万方、维普、PubMed 数据库,结合文献追溯和采用公共搜索引擎( www.baidu.com; scholar.google.com) 网上检索,收集所有关于中国人群中血清TK1 与乳腺疾病的相关性的研究。以血清TK1 与乳腺疾病的相关性的相对危险度( RR) 值及标化均数差( SMD) 值为效应指标,各资料间进行一致性检验,以确定采用固定或随机效应模型进行合并分析。发表偏倚通过漏斗图和Egger's 线性回归检验进行评估。统计分析应用RevMan5. 1 软件进行,Egger’s 线性回归检验选用STATA 10. 0 软件计算。
结果 共入选相关文献15 篇,Meta 分析显示血清TK1 在乳腺癌患者与乳腺良性疾病患者及健康人群之间比较差异均有统计学意义( P <0. 05) ; 血清TK1 在淋巴结转移及无转移组间以及不同分期间差异无统计学意义。
结论 血清TK1 水平对乳腺癌及乳腺良性疾病的鉴别有一定的参考价值; 而对预测及评估乳腺癌患者中是否存在淋巴结转移以及评估乳腺癌分期的参考价值较低。

The correlation of TK1 and breast disease among Chinese: a Meta-analysis
Abstract Objective To evaluate the correlation of TK1 and breast disease among Chinese by Meta-analysis.
Methods Related studies were collected by retrieving literatures in PubMed,CNKI,Vip and Wanfang Databases. In addition,searching related literatures on the internet ( www.baidu.com and scholar.google.com) and tracing back literatures were also carried out. The correlation was evaluated by Risk Ratio (RR) and Standard Mean Difference ( SMD) . Fixed or random effect models were selected to analyze the data,based on the heterogeneity tested by chi-square test. Publication bias was assessed by funnel plot and Egger's test afterwards. Egger's tests were conducted with STATA 10. 0 software . Other statistical analyses were conducted with Review Manager 5. 1.
Results 15 studies were selected. Meta-analysis showed that the statistical differences of serum TK1 level between and breast cancer, benign breast disease and healthy people were significant,while it was insignificant between the group of lymph node metastasis and non-metastasis group,as well as the different stages.
Conclusion Serum TK1 is useful for evaluating breast cancer and benign breast disease, whereas it might not be useful to predict the lymph node metastasis and different stage of breast cancer. However, we assume that not all studies were collected and the collected ones are of low methodological quality. Thus, high quality research with large samples and multi-centers are needed to further the knowledge of the application of TK1 to the breast disease.
